Property Pilot Venture Pvt. Ltd.** is a growing Real Estate Channel Partner firm focused on providing customers with the right property solutions and creating strong digital experiences for real estate brands and projects.

We are looking for a **creative, skilled and passionate Video Editor** to join our Digital Marketing team and help us create engaging content that strengthens our brand and generates quality leads

About the Role:

The Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property videos, project walkthroughs, promotional videos and social media content** for real estate projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Edit **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and property/project videos**.

* Create engaging videos from **property site visits, project shoots and raw footage**.

* Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects and motion graphics.

* Create videos highlighting **project USPs, amenities, location advantages, offers and investment opportunities**.

* Work closely with the **Digital Marketing and Sales teams** to understand content requirements.

* Follow the latest **Instagram, YouTube and real estate content trends**.

* Create creative content suitable for **organic social media and paid advertising campaigns**.

* Maintain consistency in company branding, visual quality and editing style.

* Manage and organize raw footage and final video files.

* Complete assigned videos within deadlines and make revisions based on feedback.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro**.

* Knowledge of **After Effects,



Photoshop and Canva** will be an added advantage.

* Strong understanding of **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content**.

* Good knowledge of transitions, typography, music, sound design and basic colour correction.

* Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.

* Ability to convert raw footage into **professional, engaging and high-performing content**.

* Good attention to detail and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate:

*1–3 years of experience** in video editing.

* Experience in **Real Estate / Property Marketing / Digital Marketing** will be preferred.

* Must have a **strong portfolio or previous video work samples**.

* Candidates who understand **viral/trending Reels and social media formats** will be preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
