Job Summary

Monarch Software is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Python Full Stack Developer – Fresher to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, web development, databases, and frontend technologies, along with a willingness to learn and work on real-world software applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and modern web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
- Design and work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Debug applications, identify issues,



and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Basic understanding of Django / Flask.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of React.js or any modern frontend framework is an advantage.
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
