We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Software Specialist to join our team and take ownership of building, automating, and optimizing our GHL workflows across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- GoHighLevel Administration: Configure and maintain GHL accounts, pipelines, calendars, and automations for multiple business units.
- Funnel & Campaign Creation: Build and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, email/SMS campaigns, and automations to generate leads and nurture customers.
- CRM & Workflow Management: Set up custom pipelines, tagging systems, triggers, and reporting dashboards.
- Integrations: Connect GHL with other tools (Zapier, Stripe, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) to ensure smooth data flow.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvements.
- Support & Training: Serve as the in-house expert, training staff on how to best use GHL features.
- Troubleshooting:



Quickly resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions to campaigns and workflows.

Qualifications

- Required:
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) – at least 2 years of hands-on use.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, pipelines, triggers, and CRM best practices.
- Proficiency in building funnels, forms, surveys, and email/SMS automations.
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams.
- Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, marketing agencies, or multi-location businesses.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for funnel customization.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
