Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily liquor store operations, sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise and manage store staff.
- Monitor sales and achieve store targets.
- Manage stock receiving, storage, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable store and licensing requirements.
- Monitor billing and cash handling.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Reduce stock discrepancies and wastage.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Experience in liquor/beverage retail will be preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and billing operations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
