Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process for retail staff.
- Handle manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across stores.
- Coordinate interviews, employee onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and related matters.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance evaluations.
- Support employee training, development, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Manage staff transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Work closely with store managers and senior management on HR-related matters.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Manufacturing, retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple stores/locations and a large workforce.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
