The role involvessupervision of construction activities, coordination with subcontractors, ensuring quality compliance, and monitoring progress as per project schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesSite ExecutionSupervise and executedaily construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.Ensure work is carried outas per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.Monitor progress of assigned work areas and report status to theTower Incharge.Work Planning & MonitoringAssist the Tower Incharge inplanning daily and weekly work activities.Ensureavailability of materials, manpower,
