Role: Team Lead / Finacle WMS Customization
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Finacle WMS Customization with around 10 years of hands-on experience in Finacle development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finacle WMS, Core and FI, along with hands-on experience in scripting, front-end customization, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Finacle WMS customization and development activities.
- Perform Finacle application development and customization on Finacle 10x.
- Handle Finacle 11x customization porting.
- Work on Finacle development across Core, WMS, and FI modules.
- Develop and customize applications using Finacle Scripting.
- Perform front-end customization as required.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver customization requirements.
- Follow and contribute to Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience in Finacle development.
- Around 10 years of experience in Finacle WMS customization.
- Strong knowledge of Finacle 10x application development and customization.
- Experience with Finacle 11x customization porting.
- Hands-on experience in Finacle Core, WMS, and FI.
- Strong knowledge of Finacle Scripting.
- Experience in Front-End Customization.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
