We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Production Officer Trainee to join our production team in Tirunelveli. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in manufacturing and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production activities and operations.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and team members.
- Monitor machine and manpower utilization.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Support quality and safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.




- Assist in improving productivity, efficiency, and process quality.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in production/manufacturing.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
