Classroom Management

Maintain a safe, clean, happy and child-friendly classroom environment.

Ensure discipline through positive and age-appropriate methods.

Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety.

Teaching & Learning

Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for language, numeracy, general awareness, motor skills and creativity.

Use stories, rhymes, music, games, toys and activity-based learning.

Develop children's speaking, listening and social skills.

Follow the school's curriculum, lesson plans and teaching methodology.

Child Development

Observe each child's academic, emotional, social and physical development.

Identify children who may need additional attention or support.

Encourage independence, confidence, sharing and positive habits.

Classroom Activities

Conduct art & craft, colouring, clay work, dance, music, storytelling and role-play activities.

Organise celebrations and special-day activities as directed by the school.

Display and maintain children's work in the classroom.

Communication with Parents

Maintain regular and professional communication with parents.





Share relevant information regarding the child's progress, behaviour and participation.

Attend PTMs and provide constructive feedback.

Records & Documentation

Maintain attendance, assessment records, portfolios and other classroom records.

Complete lesson plans, worksheets and assessment work on time.

Maintain records as required by the school.

Health & Safety

Ensure children follow basic hygiene and safety practices.

Immediately report any injury, illness, unusual behaviour or safety concern to the concerned authority.

Assist children with basic personal needs according to their age and school guidelines.

Professional Responsibilities

Report to school on time and follow the assigned timetable and duties.

Attend staff meetings, training programmes and school events.

Work cooperatively with co-teachers, coordinators and school administration.

Follow all school rules, policies and instructions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
