About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for visuals, pacing, music, and storytelling, along with a willingness to learn and grow.

You will work closely with our creative and content teams to edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, TikToks, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Cut and arrange footage, add music, sound effects, transitions, captions, and basic motion graphics.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.
- Select appropriate footage, music, and visual elements to support the story.
- Make revisions based on feedback from senior editors and the creative team.
- Organize and manage video files, project files, and assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, formats, and social media styles.




- Assist senior editors with larger and more complex video projects.

Requirements

- Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Basic understanding of color correction, audio editing, transitions, and typography.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of timing and storytelling.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions quickly.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- A portfolio or sample work is preferred.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, or advertisements.
- Understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Photography or videography experience.
