We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Sales for our Kolhapur location. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, developing business relationships, meeting industrial customers, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to industries.
- Meet business owners and key decision-makers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor Sales.
- Candidates with experience in local industrial sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Freshers interested in sales may also be considered.
