Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch shipments
- Communicate with shippers, brokers, and drivers regarding load details and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
- Negotiate freight rates and confirm load agreements
- Prepare and maintain records, invoices, and transportation documents
- Monitor driver availability, routes, and compliance with regulations
- Resolve transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, or delivery problems
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight
- Use dispatch software, load boards, and GPS tracking systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 YEAR previous work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
