Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily sales floor operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in organised jewellery retail and a positive understanding of customer preferences and jewellery collections popular in the Kerala market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the sales floor and supervise a team of 8–10 staff.
- Drive the team towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor customer interactions and improve sales conversions.
- Train, mentor and guide staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotional activities.




- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient floor operations.
- Understand customer preferences and identify fast-moving jewellery collections.
- Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.

Requirements

- Degree is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
- Experience with Kalyan, Bhima, Malabar, or other organised jewellery retailers is preferred.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products and collections that perform well in the Kerala market.
- Good leadership, customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
