CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) – ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: Negotiable / Based on Interview & Experience

Job Role: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the complete Accounts and Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, and taxation matters.
- Manage sales, purchase, service, expense, and general ledger accounting.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer outstanding, and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and management reports.
- Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial reconciliations.
- Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and financial controls.
- Review costing, profitability, expenses, and business margins.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




- Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and financial processes.

Required Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of receivables, payables, working capital, and cash-flow management.
- Solid experience with accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate MIS reports.
- Strong knowledge of audit procedures and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage the Accounts and Finance Department.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Charted Accountant: 5 years (Preferred)
