About Us

Y2NC Technologies is an SAP consulting and solutions partner delivering SAP implementation, S/4HANA migration, upgrade and support services for clients in India and global markets. We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead finance and controlling workstreams on S/4HANA projects for European and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) for greenfield, brownfield and support engagements.
- Run requirement workshops with finance stakeholders and translate business needs into solution designs and functional specifications.
- Configure and support core FI: General Ledger, Current Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting and period-end closing.
- Set up and support European tax processes: VAT, EU sales and purchase lists, Intrastat processing, cross-border VAT and country-specific tax reporting.
- Configure Controlling: cost centre and profit centre accounting, internal orders and product costing.
- Lead PP–CO integration: cost estimates, production order costing, WIP calculation, variance analysis and actual costing / Material Ledger.
- Design and configure Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), including margin analysis, characteristics, value fields and reporting.
- Manage integration with MM, SD and PP, and support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover and hypercare.




- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with ABAP and technical teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
- Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance: Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting and Business Partner.
- Practical experience with European taxation, VAT reporting and Intrastat processing.
- Strong knowledge of Controlling with PP integration: product costing, production order settlement and variance analysis.
- Hands-on CO-PA experience (account-based / margin analysis).
- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD and PP.
- Excellent communication skills for working with international clients and business users.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce preferred (MBA Finance, CA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage).
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Finance, Group Reporting or Central Finance.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and RISE with SAP projects.
- Knowledge of European e-invoicing and statutory reporting.

Pay: From ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
