Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (remote, Vadodara residents only)

Shift: US hours (night shift, IST)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month, based on experience

About Us

CMBS is a US-based medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving pain management, behavioral health, and PCP, General Physician, Ancillary Clinic, Physical Therapy, Infusion center practices. We are growing our India team and looking for a skilled Denial Management Specialist.

Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and work denied and underpaid claims to resolution
- Identify denial root causes (CO, PR, and other CARC/RARC codes) and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation within payer deadlines
- Follow up with payers via portals and phone to resolve outstanding claims
- Correct and resubmit claims for coding, eligibility, authorization, or timely filing issues
- Track denial trends and report recurring issues to the team lead
- Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system and meet productivity and quality targets
- Follow HIPAA and company data security policies at all times

Requirements

- 2-5 years of denial management or AR follow-up experience in US medical billing
- Strong knowledge of the RCM cycle, EOBs/ERAs, CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes, and payer appeal processes
- Experience with US commercial payers,



Medicare, and Medicaid
- Hands-on experience with a practice management or EHR system
- Transparent spoken and written English, including comfort with payer calls
- Reliable high-speed internet, power backup, and a private, quiet workspace
- Willing to work US night shifts
- Must currently reside in Vadodara

Preferred

Experience in pain management, behavioral health, or PCP, General Physician billing, Ancillary clinic, Infusion center & Physical Therapy clinic.

Experience in eCW, Tebra, Practicesuite

Employment Terms

3-month (90-day) probation period

Permanent employment confirmed based on performance during the probation period

Work from home, with company security and HIPAA requirements to be followed

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
