Plumbing & Fire Fighting Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities:-

. Install, Inspect, test, and maintain plumbing and fire-fighting system in residential, Commercial, and industrial projects.

. Read and interpet MEP drawings, Plumbing layouts, fire fighting drawings, and technical specification.

. Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, storm-water, and related piping system.

.Install and maintain fire-fighting system including fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, hose reels, fire pumps, fire tanks, and fire extinguishers.

. Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams to ensure proper installation and avoid site clashes.

. Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and commissioning of plumbing and fire- fighting systems.

. Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings , Project specifications,



and safety requirements.

. Prepare materials requirements, quantity estimates, inspection requests, and daily /weekly progress reports.

Required Skills :-

. Knowledge of Plumbing and fire-fighting installation practices.

. Ability to read MEP / shop drawings and layouts.

. Knowledge of fire Pumps, Sprinklers, hydrants, valves, and piping systems.

. Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.

. Valuable site supervision and coordination skills.

. Ability to prepare basic reports and material requirements.

. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.

Pay: ₹40,975.85 - ₹45,000.00 per month
