Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery.
- Explain product details, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle billing and other showroom-related activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the showroom.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer handling.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from premium retail, clothing, ethnic wear, luxury retail, or similar industries may also apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, polite, and well-groomed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good sales and convincing skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
