Key Responsibilities

- Own the customer experience from the first conversation through the sale and beyond.
- Connect with new and existing customers through phone, internet leads, email, and in-person interactions.
- Quickly understand customer needs and match them with the right Hyundai vehicle.
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally — turning leads into appointments and appointments into sales.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and loyal customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Stay knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles, technology, financing options, incentives, and current promotions.
- Consistently work toward and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, service,



and management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
