We are Hiring – Last Mile Sales & Business Development

We have two separate vacancies for professionals with experience in sales, business development and the logistics/last-mile delivery industry.

1. Senior Manager – Sales (Last Mile)
CTC: Rs. 10–12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the Last Mile sales vertical, including revenue, order volume and growth targets.

· Acquire and scale large accounts across e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, FMCG and pharma.

· Build and maintain relationships with CXOs and Supply Chain Heads.

· Work closely with operations on pin-code coverage, TAT, RTO reduction and client SLAs.

· Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing and account growth.

Ideal Candidate:

· 5+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in last-mile delivery, courier/express, logistics or e-commerce.

· Proven track record of closing and scaling high-volume accounts.

· Solid understanding of logistics commercials, including per-order pricing, COD, RTO and SLAs.

· Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

· Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset.





2. Business Development Manager – Last Mile
CTC: Rs. 7–8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and close new business from e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, retailers and 3PLs.

· Pitch last-mile delivery solutions and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.

· Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.

· Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and consistent delivery performance.

· Grow order volumes from acquired accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

· 3+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.

· Experience in logistics, courier or last-mile delivery will be an advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

· Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups and lead conversion.

· Self-starter with strong ownership and target orientation.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
