Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist skilled workers, maintain clean and secure work areas, handle materials, and perform various manual tasks as directed by supervisors. The ideal candidate is an adaptive learner who follows instructions carefully and complies with all safety protocols.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Workplace Maintenance: Clean work areas, machinery, tools, and equipment daily to ensure a safe, debris-free environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, carry, and sort raw materials, finished products, inventory, or baggage.
- Operational Support: Supply skilled workers, technicians, or machine operators with the necessary tools, components, and equipment.




- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Reporting: Promptly notify supervisors or management of any damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, hazards, or workplace incidents.
- General Assistance: Execute basic, repetitive tasks such as sorting, packing, running business errands, or operating basic hand tools and lifting devices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
