The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all placement-related activities for students. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate partners, facilitating campus recruitment processes, and supporting students in career planning and employment opportunities .

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement activities for student
- Identify students’ employment interests and provide career guidance support
- Liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and placements
- Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums
- Coordinate with students, faculty in-charge, and placement committees for smooth execution of placement processes
- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives and interviews
- Prepare placement brochures, reports, and presentations in collaboration with student committees
- Maintain and update placement databases and records
- Facilitate lateral and final placements for students
- Visit industries to build and strengthen industry partnerships
- Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree (2 years full-time) in Marketing / Human Resources from a reputed institution or a recognized university
Professional Experience
- 7 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
- Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage
