About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Title Search, Property Due Diligence, Legal Reports and Legal Drafting. The ideal candidate should be confident in independently reviewing property documents, conducting title searches and preparing explicit, accurate legal reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed Title Searches and Property Due Diligence.
- Examine and verify sale deeds, title deeds, chain documents, mutation, Jamabandi, lease deeds, agreements and other property records.
- Prepare detailed and accurate Title Search Reports / Legal Reports.
- Identify title defects, discrepancies, encumbrances and potential legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and verify ownership and property-related records.
- Review documents from legal and banking/property perspectives.
- Handle legal drafting related to property transactions, agreements, undertakings, affidavits, notices and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with advocates, clients, government departments and other stakeholders wherever required.
- Visit bank branches, government offices or property sites when required for legal verification and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of searches,



reports and case-related documents.
- Ensure reports and drafts are legally accurate, well-structured and completed within timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong practical experience in Title Search & Legal Reports.
- Excellent understanding of Property Law and Property Documentation.
- Strong Legal Drafting and Legal Research skills.
- Ability to independently analyze complex property documents.
- Good knowledge of Rajasthan land/property records will be an advantage.
- Strong document verification and due-diligence skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with Banking Legal / Property Legal / Title Verification experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for candidates who have hands-on experience rather than only theoretical legal knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
