About the Role

Work on real-world projects involving field research, data analysis, location mapping, stakeholder interaction, and project opportunity identification. You will travel to different locations, gather primary information, analyse findings, and help the team identify and evaluate potential project opportunities.

The data collected will directly support our waste collection planning, resource mapping, route planning, processing capacity assessment, and project development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field surveys and visit potential food-waste generating establishments.
- Collect and verify information on waste quantity, source, disposal methods, collection frequency, and availability.
- Capture GPS/location details, photographs, contact information, and site observations.
- Identify high-potential waste-generating locations and clusters.
- Maintain and update databases using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Use Google Maps/Google My Maps for location mapping and route identification.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Coordinate with internal operations and business development teams regarding potential waste sources.
- Support feasibility studies, project reports,



and waste-resource assessments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in field surveys, data collection, market research, waste management, environmental projects, MIS, GIS, or related areas.
- Freshers with good communication and Excel skills are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Google Maps is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field surveys.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler licence and own vehicle will be preferred, if applicable.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are required.
