In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through effective management of a branch sales team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also oversee the training and development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and performance.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
