About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Delta PLC to join our Industrial Automation team.

The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, automation system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Delta PLC programs
- Program and configure HMI systems
- Perform PLC, HMI, and automation system testing
- Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, motors, and automation components
- Support control panel integration and machine automation
- Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites
- Read and understand electrical and control drawings
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams
- Identify and resolve automation-related technical issues
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning

Skills & Requirements

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation or related field
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Delta PLC programming
- Solid knowledge of Delta PLC, HMI, and VFD
- Experience in PLC programming, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning




- Good understanding of Industrial Automation and control systems
- Ability to read and understand electrical/control drawings
- Experience with sensors, motors, drives, and control panels
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have practical hands-on experience with Delta PLC. Candidates without Delta PLC hands-on experience will not be considered.
