Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment as per SOPs.
- Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of products.
- Conduct quality checks and report any product or process issues.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory counts.
- Use scanners or ERP systems for stock tracking (if trained).
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively to report issues or suggest improvements.
- Support cross-functional tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Robust work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of food safety or GMP practices.
- Forklift license or machinery operation experience (if applicable).
- Experience using handheld scanners or ERP systems.
