About the Role

Dron Technology is looking for a confident, motivated, and career-focused Career Advisor to join our team. The role involves connecting with job seekers interested in opportunities in the United States, understanding their career goals and professional background, and guiding them toward suitable US job placement opportunities and services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build trust with candidates while effectively explaining our placement services.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with candidates and understand their career goals, education, experience, and job preferences.
- Explain available US job placement opportunities and placement services clearly and professionally.
- Guide candidates through the placement process and help them understand relevant opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Identify serious and qualified prospects and convert them into enrolled candidates.
- Handle candidate queries and provide accurate information regarding the placement process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain proper records of candidate interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
- Achieve assigned enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets.




- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated on US job-market requirements and common employment/placement terminology.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in a US/night shift environment.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, CRM, and other professional communication platforms.
- Previous experience in career counseling, sales, recruitment, US staffing, business development, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
