PROJECT MANAGER – EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN & PROJECTS

ABOUT THE ROLE

Swaparichay Studios is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and execute museum, exhibition, event, experience centre, retail, and spatial design projects from concept development through execution and final installation.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, client coordination, vendor management, team leadership, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage projects from initial planning through execution and final handover.
- Handle coordination with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and site execution teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, procurement, and logistics.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Monitor project progress, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify project-related challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Manage vendor and contractor follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and site activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, drawings, quotations, approvals, and other relevant records.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining proper coordination and documentation.

- Willingness to travel for site visits and project requirements when required.
