Berkeley Hyundai is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and target-oriented Insurance Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling motor insurance sales, policy processing, renewals, customer coordination, and insurance-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance requirements for new and existing vehicle customers.
- Explain motor insurance policies, coverage, premiums, add-ons, and benefits to customers.
- Generate insurance business from new vehicle sales and existing customers.
- Process current insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for timely policy issuance.
- Follow up on pending insurance proposals, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure insurance is completed before vehicle delivery.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies/surveyors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, payments, and customer details.
- Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and generate repeat business.
- Prepare daily and monthly insurance sales/MIS reports.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in motor insurance, automobile dealership insurance, or a similar role.
- Automobile dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance products, renewals, claims, and add-on covers.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and insurance/dealership software.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Accounts, Finance, and Delivery teams.
