Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (In Office Work)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Lifejoy Logistic is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support the company’s online marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and online branding, along with the ability to plan and execute effective digital campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, reels and marketing content
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Assist in lead generation through digital marketing activities
- Monitor and analyse campaign and social media performance
- Conduct market, competitor and audience research
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital platforms
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing,



social media and content trends
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and campaign results

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
- Valuable knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canva or other designing tools will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
- Good analytical and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing will be an advantage
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and skills are also welcome to apply

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Candidates proficient in English and Hindi are preferred.
