Fine LED is an LED display advertising company with its branch in Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, and operations connected with Fine LED Oman & UAE. We provide LED screen advertising and digital outdoor advertising solutions to businesses, brands, and organizations.

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Adoor and help grow our brand presence, generate leads, and promote our LED advertising services across Kerala.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content for social media, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements based on results.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Create monthly content calendars and marketing plans.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing team to produce marketing content.
- Promote LED screen advertising packages, offers, and business solutions.
- Manage online inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.
- Track important marketing metrics such as leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and advertising ROI.
- Maintain and improve the company's online presence and brand image.
- Explore new digital marketing trends, platforms,



and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, lead generation, and analytics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and a robust interest in content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local Kerala market will be an advantage.
