Job Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The role involves testing web and mobile features, contributing to automation-first practices, and using AI-assisted testing approaches.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium and/or WebdriverIO, along with strong knowledge of software testing processes and Agile delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Quality

- Design, write and execute effective test cases.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing.
- Test web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, prioritize and report defects.
- Follow established QA processes and testing standards.
- Focus testing efforts on high-value and high-risk areas.
- Maintain accurate test evidence and documentation.

Automation & AI-Assisted Testing

- Build test automation using Playwright, Appium and/or WebdriverIO.
- Identify repetitive manual testing scenarios suitable for automation.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT,



Claude and Copilot for test case generation and planning.
- Use AI to generate starter automation scripts.
- Explore recent automation and AI-assisted testing approaches.

Communication & Collaboration

- Communicate testing status, blockers and risks clearly.
- Participate in standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Understand business and user requirements behind the features being tested.
- Take ownership of assigned QA deliverables.

Continuous Improvement

- Contribute testing and process improvement ideas.
- Proactively identify blockers and quality risks.
- Keep up with new QA tools, automation technologies and AI-in-QA trends.
- Experiment with new testing approaches and document findings.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong test case design and execution skills

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
