Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer interactions, build solid customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly to understand their requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improving customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other communication channels.
- Track and follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely closure.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare customer-related reports and maintain necessary documentation.




- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations / Customer Service / CRM or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and professional approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the paint, building materials, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is required; knowledge of Hindi/Tamil/or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling B2B customers and dealer networks will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
