We are looking for someone who is creative, active on social media, and understands how to create content that gets attention and engagement.

Job Details

Position: Social Media Executive
Location: Kolkata – Work From Office
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and publish engaging social media posts, reels, stories and captions.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas based on current trends.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds and content formats.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Improve social media reach, engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and content team for creatives.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



algorithms and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong creativity and content ideation skills.
- Valuable English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Instagram Insights / Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
