Role Overview

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation to support our USA-focused business development activities.

The selected candidate will use LinkedIn to research potential clients, send approved connection requests, follow up with prospects, track responses, and identify interested leads for the senior sales team.

This is a practical internship opportunity for those who want to learn LinkedIn marketing, B2B lead generation, international outreach, CRM tracking, and professional business communication.

Key Responsibilities

Research USA-based CPA firms, accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, tax firms, and finance professionals on LinkedIn.Identify decision-makers such as CPA firm owners, partners, founders, tax managers, bookkeeping firm owners, and finance leaders.Send LinkedIn connection requests using company-approved templates.

Follow up with accepted connections in a professional and polite manner.Track outreach activity, accepted connections, replies, interested prospects, and follow-up status.Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM.Engage professionally with relevant LinkedIn posts from accounting and finance professionals.Identify interested prospects and escalate them to the senior sales team.Follow all company communication guidelines and outreach scripts.





What You will do

- Identify and research relevant US prospects on LinkedIn
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and prospect conversations
- Respond to basic enquiries and identify potential opportunities
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings
- Maintain an accurate database of prospects, responses and follow-ups
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Business Development team

RequirementsYou May Be A good Fit If You Have

Strong written and spoken English communication
Good research and prospecting skills
Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation / B2B Outreach
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred
Ability to write personalized and skilled messages
Persistence, follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Prior lead generation experience is an advantage
Accounting experience is NOT mandatory

This is primarily a LinkedIn-focused B2B lead generation role. Training, target criteria and messaging frameworks will be provided.

Experience Requirement

Experience required: 0–1 yearFreshers can apply.

Prior internship experience in digital marketing, sales, social media marketing, or lead generation will be preferred.
