Role Overview

The Multilingual Executive will be responsible for supporting clients through Hindi, English, and Tamil communication and ensuring clear, professional, and effective client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication through calls, chat, and email.
- Assist clients in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Understand client queries and provide clear responses.
- Explain or translate client requirements when required.
- Maintain qualified and friendly communication.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Ensure accurate communication and avoid language-related misunderstandings.
- Maintain basic records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Key Skills





- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer-handling and listening skills
- Basic computer and email/chat knowledge
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Professional and customer-friendly approach

Important Note

This role is primarily focused on client communication and language support. Candidates with strong communication skills and fluency in the required languages will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
