Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and business-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation’s overall growth, business strategy and operational performance.

The role will involve working closely with leadership teams to strengthen business development, client relationships, project delivery, financial performance, team development and market positioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market development.
- Establish business priorities and monitor overall performance.
- Support innovation across design, project execution and customer experience.

Business Development & Growth

- Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, developers, contractors and other industry stakeholders.
- Identify potential partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Support expansion into relevant market segments.

Financial & Commercial Management

- Monitor business performance, revenue and profitability.
- Work with the leadership team on budgeting, cost management and financial planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and commercial efficiency.

Operations & Project Oversight

- Oversee overall project and operational performance.




- Coordinate with design, procurement, project management and execution teams.
- Monitor project quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery standards.

Team Leadership

- Lead and support teams across design, architecture, project management and business functions.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional development.
- Support effective performance management and leadership development.
- Mentor senior team members and contribute to building a strong leadership team.

Brand & Market Development

- Strengthen the organisation’s presence within the interior design and architecture sector.
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry events, conferences and professional platforms.
- Work with internal teams on branding, marketing and business visibility.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Lead important client discussions and negotiations.
- Support long-term client relationships and business retention.
- Address significant client concerns in coordination with the relevant teams.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong senior-level experience in interior design, architecture, construction, turnkey solutions or a related industry.
- Experience in business leadership, operations, business development or general management.
- Good understanding of project execution, commercial operations and client management.
- Robust strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Background

Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality or luxury projects will be an advantage.

Experience working with developers, real estate companies, contractors, architecture firms, interior design companies or turnkey project organisations will be considered relevant.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a commercially aware and people-oriented leader who can take ownership of business growth, build strong professional relationships and work collaboratively with different teams to achieve organisational objectives.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
