3Q Automation Solutions is looking for a motivated PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to join our industrial automation team. The candidate will work on PLC programming, HMI, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and industrial automation projects.

Freshers with relevant PLC training or academic/project experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Work with PLCs such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Omron.
- Develop and modify HMI applications.
- Perform PLC online monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and production trials.
- Work with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, digital and analog I/O.
- Understand electrical control drawings and machine sequences.
- Assist with PLC-HMI and PLC-device communication.




- Support industrial automation projects at customer sites.
- Prepare PLC backups and basic project documentation.
- Diagnose machine and automation-related faults and provide technical support.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and Ladder Logic.
- Knowledge of at least one PLC platform is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HMI / SCADA.
- Understanding of VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and control panels.
- Basic knowledge of industrial communication such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus, or Ethernet/IP is an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical/control drawings.
- Positive logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
