- Attend to patient enquiries and walk-in clients professionally and courteously.
- Understand patients' concerns and provide appropriate information about clinic treatments and services.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, advantages and expected outcomes clearly.
- Counsel patients and help them understand the available treatment options.
- Convert enquiries and consultations into appointments and treatment plans.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries and previous patients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, consultations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, PMU artists, nurses and other clinic staff for smooth patient handling.
- Ensure a positive patient experience from enquiry to treatment and follow-up.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
