Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head – Outreach to lead and drive the outreach strategy of East Point Group of Institutions. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the institution's reach, developing strong relationships with schools and educational stakeholders, generating quality admission leads, and leading the outreach team towards achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach and marketing strategies aligned with the institution's admission objectives.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the outreach team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, counsellors, principals and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new outreach channels and partnerships to expand the institution's presence.
- Plan and execute school visits, college visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, education fairs and other outreach activities.
- Drive student lead generation and work closely with the Admissions team to improve lead conversion and enrolment.
- Develop and maintain a strong network across schools, colleges, coaching centres, educational consultants and other relevant organisations.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for student recruitment across different programs offered by the institution.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Digital Marketing, Branding, Academics and other departments for effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor outreach activities, lead generation,



conversions and team performance through regular MIS and reports.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and student preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and outreach events within approved budgets.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, conferences, school events and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent communication of the institution's academic offerings, facilities, achievements and value proposition to prospective students and stakeholders.
- Present periodic performance reports, insights and recommendations to the Management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, admissions, business development or education marketing.
- Prior experience in the education sector is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing/outreach team.
- Solid network and established relationships with schools, colleges and educational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, admissions and conversion strategies.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns,



teams and outreach initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively for outreach activities within Bengaluru and other locations, as required.
