About the Role

Emilo Ventures Private Limited is looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal and regulatory activities. This opportunity is ideal for fresh law graduates interested in Technology Law, Data Privacy, Digital Regulations, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with legal and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support compliance related to the IT Rules, 2021 and DPDP Act, 2023.
- Assist in handling and tracking user grievances.
- Conduct legal research on technology, privacy, and digital regulations.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, policies, and responses.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.




- Support communication with internal teams regarding legal and compliance matters.

Requirements

- LLB / Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Interest in Technology Law, Cyber Law, Data Privacy, or Compliance.
- Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
