Duxbed Innovations Pvt Ltd is a growing Kerala-based company specializing in space-saving furniture, innovative furniture solutions, modular furniture, modular kitchens, Duxpods and interior solutions. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

* Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website enquiries and other sources.

* Understand customer requirements, budget, location and purchase timeline.

* Present and explain Duxbed space-saving furniture, sofa-cum-bed, wall beds, modular furniture, Duxpods, modular kitchens and interior solutions.

* Convert enquiries into qualified leads, Google Meet appointments, showroom visits, site visits and sales opportunities.

* Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead records.

* Handle customer questions, doubts and sales objections professionally.

* Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranty, delivery and installation details.

* Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Negotiate and persuade customers based on product value and requirements.

* Coordinate with the Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager for high-value leads and closing.

* Maintain proper follow-up and update customer information in the CRM/system.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Participate in sales training, product training and regular performance reviews.





* Provide daily sales activity and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with strong communication, telesales, inside sales, customer handling, lead generation, lead conversion, follow-up, negotiation and closing skills.

Candidates with experience in tele sales, inside sales, B2C sales, retail sales, furniture sales, interior sales, real estate sales, automobile sales, financial sales, insurance sales or other target-based sales roles are preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
