Job Description:
- Conduct product training sessions for schools, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Explain School Chimes features and modules clearly.
- Conduct online and offline product demonstrations.
- Support schools during product onboarding and implementation.
- Handle basic product-related queries and coordinate with the support team.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the internal team.
- Prepare basic training reports and maintain training records.
- Travel to schools for training when required.
Eligibility:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
