About the Role

Vatsalyavana is looking for a warm, energetic, and nurturing Facilitator / Teacher to create a secure, engaging, and joyful learning environment for children aged 6 months to 10 years.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and comfortable handling classroom activities, child care routines, parent communication, and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Activities

- Conduct daily activities as per the Vatsalyavana curriculum.
- Plan and conduct activities related to language, motor skills, art & craft, music, storytelling, and sensory learning.
- Adapt activities according to children's age, learning pace, and individual needs.
- Follow play-based and child-centric learning methods.

Child Engagement & Care

- Conduct circle time, free play, sensory activities, and outdoor activities.
- Observe and document children's learning, behaviour, interests, and developmental milestones.
- Support daily routines such as meals, nap time, toilet training, and diaper changes with patience and hygiene.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.

Classroom Management

- Maintain a clean, safe, colourful,



and engaging classroom environment.
- Manage toys, learning materials, and art supplies effectively.
- Follow all child safety and classroom protocols.

Parent & Team Coordination

- Share daily updates and activity highlights with parents through the app/diary.
- Participate in PTMs and discuss children's progress with parents and the Center Coordinator.
- Coordinate with co-facilitators, caregivers, and the curriculum team.
- Participate in training sessions related to child psychology, first aid, and curriculum development.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in preschool, daycare, nursery, or teaching preferred.
- Freshers with NTT / ECE certification can also apply.
- Graduate with NTT / ECCE / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred.
- Nursing qualification/background will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in basic English and Hindi.
- Strong storytelling, art & craft, and classroom management skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Candidates with skills in dance, yoga, music, or sports will be preferred.

Work Timings

Centre Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Shift: 8 hours per day
Note: Rotational shifts as per centre roster.
