We're a fast-growing UK company building AI agents that text leads, qualify or disqualify them, and book them into appointments for businesses in home improvement, finance and real estate. You'll own the build and delivery of these agents for our clients. Long-term, full-time, remote.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build AI agents (OpenAI / Claude) that qualify and disqualify leads over SMS and book them into real, live calendar slots

Get agents to under 1% mistakes through testing and refinement

Build the automations that power them, mainly in n8n and also in GoHighLevel, including complex routing of leads to the right location for multi-location clients

Set up clients from start to finish: lead import, agent, booking, and notifying the client of each qualified appointment

Connect GHL and n8n to Google Sheets and external client CRMs via API

Learn our existing system end to end and build on top of it

Document everything you build, start to finish

MUST HAVE (NO EXCEPTIONS)

2+ years in GoHighLevel. This is mandatory. We don't have time to teach the CRM.

AI agents you've built that are live with real leads

Strong prompt engineering (OpenAI / Claude)

Solid n8n, plus connecting CRMs and Google Sheets via API

Strong written English

At least 4 hours a day overlapping with UK working hours, plus weekend availability from time to time

PAY AND PROGRESSION





USD 2,000-3,000 per month depending on experience (full-time, remote contractor). Progression includes managing a junior developer who assists with builds.

TIMELINE

Interviews from Monday 12 October. Start date Monday 19 October.

HIRING PROCESS

Stage 2 - Interview: a short video call.

Stage 3 - Build challenge: build an agent for a real client brief. Scored on speed, quality and accuracy. The highest score wins the role.
