Job Summary

We are looking for a Draftsman with good knowledge of AutoCAD, Architectural Drafting, and K-SMART to join our team.

Strong knowledge of K-SMART is an important requirement for this position. Candidates should have a good understanding of architectural drawings, building plans, and drafting standards.

Freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can apply. Candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Skills Required

- AutoCAD – Good working knowledge
- Architectural Drafting
- K-SMART – Knowledge of building permit and approval processes
- Knowledge of floor plans,



elevations, and sections
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Knowledge of building rules and regulations
- Knowledge of construction drawings
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
- Freshers can apply
- 3 years of relevant experience preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
