Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restro/Bar Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff and operations efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations.

- Supervise service, kitchen, bar, and support staff.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints.

- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

- Monitor food & beverage quality and service standards.

- Manage inventory, stock, wastage, and daily consumption.

- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.

- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, vendors, and suppliers.

- Monitor sales and work towards achieving business targets.

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

- Train, motivate,



and manage the hospitality team.

- Handle peak-hour operations and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in restaurant, bar, pub, lounge, or hospitality management.

- Strong knowledge of restro/bar operations.

- Proven team-management and leadership experience.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Knowledge of inventory, billing, stock control, and cost management.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates with experience in busy restro-bars, pubs, lounges, or premium restaurants preferred.
