Job Overview:
We are looking for a field-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and acquire suitable commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and scout commercial properties/land in assigned locations.
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers and local stakeholders.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate locations for commercial suitability.
- Research local rental rates and property values.
- Negotiate rental and lease terms with owners/brokers.
- Coordinate property acquisition,



lease and legal documentation.
- Maintain property data and reports using MS Excel.
- Generate, evaluate and close suitable property opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience in Real Estate / Property Acquisition / Leasing preferred.
- Solid local market knowledge and broker/property-owner network.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
