Cista medicorp is hiring an International Business Executive to manage and develop international pharmaceutical business and handle overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries and communication with international pharmaceutical clients/distributors
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers
- Understand and coordinate pharmaceutical export requirements
- Prepare and share product quotations, product lists, presentations and other business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, documentation and order processing
- Follow up with international clients through Email, WhatsApp, calls and other communication channels
- Coordinate export orders from inquiry to dispatch
- Understand basic pharma export documentation, shipping terms and regulatory requirements
- Identify new international business opportunities and potential distributors
- Maintain proper records of international leads, quotations, follow-ups and orders

Requirements

- Experience in International Business / Pharma Export / Export Sales preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and export processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills




- Good command of English – written and verbal
- Comfortable communicating with international clients
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and international shipments
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and email communication
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA / Graduate candidates with relevant experience may apply
- Candidates with experience handling international pharma clients/distributors will be preferred

Experience

1–5 years in Pharma Export / International Business / Export Sales preferred.
